Matt was amazing to deal with. I needed the lock to my apartment door to be urgently changed at 9:00pm on a week night last week. He came within 30 minutes of me calling, was super efficient but he also had a very calming and reassuring presence about him which made me feel very comfortable. Could not recommend Matt enough! My elderly family member had locked herself out of her property and we live over an hr away within 15 minutes Matt arrived and got her back inside. Quick and precise key-cutting. New keys always work beautifully and smoothly from first go. My go-to shop when I need keys copied. Definitely worth paying the extra few dollars, compared to Bunnings key-cutting where it is hit-or-miss.

Our front gate was blown open with some terrible winds and with that the lock/latch was broken. Within an hour of our call Matías was at our place installing a new latch and lock, problem solved. Great Service and a great bloke too.

We suffered the unnerving experience of having our house burgled. It was necessary for security reasons to change the locks on both our front and back doors as soon as possible. Went to see Anytime locks to sort out a broken mortise lock - they fixed it on the spot for free! Couldn't believe it - even though it was quick to fix.... who does that anymore? Tried to pay but they wouldn't take the $$. Highly recommended and will be back.
