We needed a job done after a key broke in a lock. No fuss, punctual, excellent service and the problem was fixed in a few minutes. Warning - it was not cheap. But we appreciate you pay for quality and it was a weekend job, at short notice. Many thanks.

Went to the locksmith in Hampton St Hampton today to get some special screws for a gate lock. The shop owner was so helpful - spent time making sure I got the right thing - great customer service- he was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him or his shop any more highly ❤️ John, August 2024

Matt was amazing to deal with. I needed the lock to my apartment door to be urgently changed at 9:00pm on a week night last week. He came within 30 minutes of me calling, was super efficient but he also had a very calming and reassuring presence about him which made me feel very comfortable. Even my pup 🐶 who usually is weary of men was giving him kissies. I would most definitely recommend this business. Thank you for being awesome Matt.

Needed a locksmith after hours and found Anytime Locksmiths online. The level of service provided was exceptional. Communication was excellent and staff were at my premises at the exact time quoted. (10 o’clock at night!!) The work was carried out in next to no time and my premises were left spotless. Terry from Anytime Locksmiths came to my apartment to assist with strikers not engaging, keys broken off in the locks and to have the property keyed alike - so my bunch of 25 keys could be reduced, if possible.
When Terry left, all the issues were fixed and I had . . . only one key for the entire house.
It was super-cold today and he worked hard in the wind and rain to get the right outcome for me.

We contacted Dean and asked him to attend., a service we were happy to pay for. He suggested we try another avenue first, which produced a successful outcome.

Could not recommend Matt enough! My elderly family member had locked herself out of her property and we live over an hr away within 15 minutes Matt arrived and got her back inside. She has some trouble communicating in english and it was such a nice surprise to have someone arrive that was able to communicate with her in spanish and ease her nerves.

Matt from anytime lock service sprung into action when my elderly mother locked herself out on a 30 degree day. Matt attended within 15 minutes and made my mother's day. Fantastic and friendly service. Needed a skeleton key cut and arrived an hour before closing time. They were able to sort it out for me to pick up before close as I needed the key back the same day. Quick and precise key-cutting. New keys always work beautifully and smoothly from first go. My go-to shop when I need keys copied. Definitely worth paying the extra few dollars, compared to Bunnings key-cutting where it is hit-or-miss.

Our front gate was blown open with some terrible winds and with that the lock/latch was broken. Within an hour of our call Matías was at our place installing a new latch and lock, problem solved. Great Service and a great bloke too.

Went to see Anytime locks to sort out a broken mortise lock - they fixed it on the spot for free! Couldn't believe it - even though it was quick to fix.... who does that anymore? Tried to pay but they wouldn't take the $$. Highly recommended and will be back.
