Matt was amazing to deal with. I needed the lock to my apartment door to be urgently changed at 9:00pm on a week night last week. He came within 30 minutes of me calling, was super efficient but he also had a very calming and reassuring presence about him which made me feel very comfortable. Terry from Anytime Locksmiths came to my apartment to assist with strikers not engaging, keys broken off in the locks and to have the property keyed alike - so my bunch of 25 keys could be reduced, if possible.When Terry left, all the issues were fixed and I had . . . only one key for the entire house.It was super-cold today and he worked hard in the wind and rain to get the right outcome for me.

Could not recommend Matt enough! My elderly family member had locked herself out of her property and we live over an hr away within 15 minutes Matt arrived and got her back inside. She has some trouble communicating in english and it was such a nice surprise to have someone arrive that was able to communicate with her in spanish and ease her nerves.

Quick and precise key-cutting. New keys always work beautifully and smoothly from first go. My go-to shop when I need keys copied. Definitely worth paying the extra few dollars, compared to Bunnings key-cutting where it is hit-or-miss.
